- Orchestrated the integration of Juspay and Razorpay APIs to implement a subscription auto-renewal model. Optimized APIs by eliminating redundant code, significantly improving site performance. Successfully handled a daily traffic of approximately 1000 users, reducing site load time from 15 seconds to 8.5 seconds.
- Engineered an order replacement tool optimizing kitchen inventory, significantly reducing kitchen waste and saving 12 lakhs per kitchen monthly on previously lost revenue from out-of-stock orders. Developed a subscription extension feature, allowing users to extend subscription validity during pauses, resulting in a 10% reduction in meal cancellations and substantial savings on refund-related revenue loss.
- Implemented NPS survey and feedback widgets, collecting valuable user insights to inform strategic decision-making. The data gathered facilitated management in making data-driven adjustments, enhancing overall user satisfaction.
